Create A Stellar About Page
Your about page needs to be a place where people can get to know you or your business. You need to let them know why you are the place to go for what you are offering them. You may even want to have a testimonial page attached to this one.
Think of this like your resume. You let people know what experience your business has, and what you plan to do for them when they hire you or buy products from you.
Include Contact Info
Make sure that you also have a contact page, and that it contains more than just your business address and phone number. For one thing, you want to have it include your hours if you have a brick and mortar business. People are going to always be using their phones to hop online and check business hours, so it’s a must to make sure you have the info they want.
You also want to make sure you have an email address or a contact form available. People don’t always like to get on the phone to call for a quote or info, and they’ll be more likely to try to contact you for initial info if you have an email address for them to use.
